Report | The Department of Management, in association with the Career Counselling and Guidance Cell, New Horizon College, Kasturinagar, successfully organized a seminar on “Building Career Confidence through Self-Assessment and Self-Mapping” for BBA 2nd and 4th semester students. The session was conducted by Ms. Rubina Martin, HR Manager at Mouser Electronics, who shared valuable insights on the importance of self-awareness, identifying strengths, and mapping career goals effectively.
