Vision
To empower students and future voters with electoral awareness, democratic values, and responsible participation, thereby building a strong, informed, and active citizenry committed to free, fair, and ethical elections.
Mission
- To create awareness about the importance of voting among students and the community.
- To educate students about the electoral process, rights, and responsibilities of voters.
- To promote ethical voting and discourage malpractices like bribery and fake voting.
- To spread voter awareness in society through rallies, posters, and social media.
- To build confidence and leadership skills among students through participation.
- To strengthen democratic values among youth for a better future.
Objectives
- Understand Democratic System : To help students understand how democracy functions in the country. It builds basic knowledge about government and elections.
- Familiarize with Voting Tools : To introduce students to voting methods like EVMs and ballot systems.This reduces fear and confusion about the voting process.
- Promote Informed Decision-Making : To guide students in evaluating candidates and issues wisely. It encourages thoughtful and responsible voting behavior.
- Encourage Active Citizenship : To inspire students to take part in civic and social responsibilities. This creates a sense of belonging and participation in society.
- Promote Gender Equality in Voting : To ensure equal participation of all genders in the electoral process. It supports fairness and equality in democratic participation.
- Encourage Community Engagement : To involve students in spreading awareness within their locality. It connects classroom learning with real-life situations.
- Build Ethical Values : To develop honesty, integrity, and respect for democratic principles. It helps in creating responsible future citizens.
- Reduce Voter Apathy : To address lack of interest in voting among youth. It motivates them to actively participate in elections
