Report

The Personal Branding Program was conducted for VI Semester BBA (Section A) students to help them identify their strengths, values, and career goals while building a professional identity. The program emphasized effective communication, grooming, and behaviour in academic and professional settings. It was delivered through interactive and activity-based sessions focusing on self-assessment, goal setting, and identifying unique strengths (USP). Students were trained in personal brand building, storytelling, and elevator pitch delivery. The sessions also enhanced confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Special emphasis was given to digital branding, including LinkedIn profile creation, resume building, and portfolio development. Students learned networking skills, content strategies, and maintaining a consistent personal brand. Individual feedback and final presentations helped refine their skills. The program improved students’ confidence, employability, and readiness for internships and placements. It also enabled them to build professional networks and establish early career credibility. Overall, the program prepared students to transition effectively into the corporate world with a strong personal brand.
