Description of the visit:

The Department of Management Studies organized an industrial visit to Nuetech for IV SEM BBA A and B Section students. Nuetech is a trusted name in India’s renewable energy sector. The visit was arranged to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a solar manufacturing industry and to help them understand production processes, quality control, operations management, workforce coordination, and sustainable energy practices.

Nuetech has a 50,000-square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with advanced machinery and supported by over 200 skilled professionals delivering eco-friendly solar solutions.

The visit began with an orientation session where company officials introduced the organization, its history, and its contribution to renewable energy. They explained the importance of solar energy, the working of solar panels, and the products manufactured. Safety instructions were also shared before the plant tour. The visit gave students valuable practical insights into industrial operations, renewable energy solutions, and real-world business practices beyond classroom learning.

The industrial visit to Nuetech was highly informative and enriching for the students. It provided practical exposure to the working of a solar manufacturing industry and helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industrial experience.
