New Horizon college, Kasturinagar Bangalore organized Faculty Development Program on 11/08/2020, An Internal Quality Assurance Cell initiative. Dr Sheelan Misra , Head & Professor Department of Management Studies , New Horizon College of Engineering was the resource person for the program
Dr Sheelan Mishra gave us the insights and steps to conduct Research and to Publish Research paper in Scopus and UGC journals. She also explained the different types of research, steps in formulating a research problem, steps in data collection, sampling and scaling techniques, Types of hypothesis testing, Basics of research, research problem, research design, sampling and different techniques used for analysis and interpretation of Data. 25 faculty members from New Horizon Degree College, and New Horizon PU College participated in the faculty development program. E Certificates were distributed to all the participants. The event turned out to be a great success.
