The Department of Computer Science, New Horizon College, Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru, organized an Industrial Visit to the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B), on 25th September 2026 for the V Semester BCA students.

The primary objective of this visit was to enhance students’ practical exposure and technical understanding of cutting-edge research, advanced computing technologies, and real-time industry environments. The interactive sessions and campus tour focused on key areas such as emerging IT trends, research laboratories, and technological innovations, enabling students to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional expectations.

A total of 100 students, accompanied by 2 faculty members, enthusiastically participated in the visit and gained valuable exposure to state-of-the-art technological ecosystems. The initiative served as an excellent platform for students to broaden their perspective on IT innovations, inspiring them for future academic and professional endeavours in the technology domain.
