The Seminar on “Entrepreneurship and Business Plan” 2025-26 was conducted by the Department of Commerce for the students of II and VI Sem B.Com, at New Horizon College, Kasturinagar. The Resource Person was Dr. Saumi Roy, Associate Professor at New Horizon College of Marathalli . The Entrepreneurship and Business Plan event benefited students by improving their entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Participants gained practical knowledge about developing innovative business ideas, preparing effective business plans, and understanding the fundamentals of business management and startup development. The event also enhanced communication, teamwork, presentation, and leadership skills among students. It provided a platform for learning through interaction, idea sharing, and real-time discussions, which increased students’ confidence and motivated them to explore self-employment and entrepreneurial career opportunities in the future. |
