Badminton Star Preran Selected for BNU South Zone Championship 2026
Shattering the Shuttle: Preran Represents NHC at South Zone Inter-University Championship 🏸🏆
The Department of Physical Education & Sports at New Horizon College, Kasturinagar, is immensely proud to announce the stellar achievement of Mr. Preran, a dedicated 2nd Year BBA student.
In a testament to his exceptional skill and consistency on the court, Preran was officially selected to represent the Bengaluru North University (BNU) Men’s Badminton Team.
The South Zone Stage
Preran carried the NHC banner to the South Zone Inter-University Badminton Championship, held from January 3rd to 6th, 2026. The high-intensity tournament was hosted at the prestigious Koneru Lakshmaiah University (KLU) in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
Competing against the top-seeded university teams from across South India, Preran demonstrated remarkable agility, strategic gameplay, and the true “New Horizonite” spirit of resilience.
