The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Boot Camp was conducted for 36 faculty members from the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) departments to strengthen their understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and enhance their journey from ideation to commercialisation.

The programme aimed to create awareness about protecting innovative ideas and research outcomes while promoting innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the institution.

 

Benefits

The boot camp enabled participants to understand the process of converting ideas into commercially viable products and services. It also empowered faculty members to guide and mentor students in research, innovation, and startup initiatives, thereby fostering a culture of creativity and commercialisation.
