Research and Development Cell in association with IIC organizes Faculty Development Programme for all the Undergraduate faculties. The total faculties participated is 35.

The objective of teaching pedagogy for faculties is to enhance student learning and engagement by:

Developing effective teaching strategies

– Improving communication and presentation skills

– Encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving

– Fostering a student-centered learning environment

– Assessing student progress

Outcome:
