Brief Description of the Event: The NSS Unit of New Horizon College, Kasturinagar, celebrated Diwali – the Festival of Lights with the senior citizens at Nightingale Sandhya Kirana, Kasturinagar. The celebration was filled with joy, warmth, and togetherness as volunteers spent meaningful time with the elders, performing cultural programs and sharing festive moments.
The event featured dance performances, songs, and engaging activities that brightened the day for the residents. NSS volunteers interacted with the elders, listened to their stories, and celebrated the festival with diyas, sweets, and smiles, symbolizing the light of compassion and unity.
Objective of the Celebration:
