Research and Development Cell in association with IIC organizes Faculty Development Programme for all the Undergraduate faculties. The total faculties participated is 35. The objective of teaching pedagogy for faculties is to enhance student learning and engagement by: – Developing effective teaching strategies – Improving communication and presentation skills – Encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving – Fostering a student-centered learning environment – Assessing student progress Outcome: The teaching pedagogy outcomes for faculties include enhanced teaching skills and confidence in delivering content. It leads to improved student feedback and engagement, as faculties are better equipped to address diverse learning needs. Effective pedagogy also results in better classroom management and delivery, making the learning experience more productive.
