The Research and Development Cell, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organised a Faculty Development Programme for all undergraduate faculty members. A total of 35 faculty members participated in the programme. The session was conducted by Dr. Anupama K. Malagi, IQAC Coordinator and TEDx Speaker from R V Institute of Management, Bengaluru.
The objective implies the shift from traditional teaching to a more transformative approach, emphasising the faculties’ role in
– Reigniting passion and purpose in academia – Empowering students through innovative teaching – Fostering growth, critical thinking, and impact – Transforming themselves as educators
Outcome: – Faculties rediscover their passion for teaching and academia – Shift from traditional teaching to student-centered, transformative learning – Enhanced student engagement, critical thinking, and empowerment – Faculties become catalysts for positive change in academia
