Music Competition and Workshop on Music

Department of commerce in association with Music Club organized a Music Competition followed by a Workshop on Music. Mr. Harsith Govindas was invited as a Judge for the music competition and Resource person for the workshop.
There were three categories namely:
1) Filmy Style
2) Western Solo
3) Light/Classical Music
The Musicians were free to participate in any one category of their choice.
The session was led by Mr. Harshith Govindas, a renowned music percussionist, who has worked with several leading artists in Kannada film industry. His dynamic style and engaging teaching methods captivated the audience.
The workshop witnessed active participation from 84 students from BCOM II Semester and VI Semester. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with students appreciating the balance between theoretical concepts and practical style of performing as a Musician. The workshop was a resounding success, igniting interest in music among participants and encouraging further exploration.
