The speech by the Chief Guests Dr. Merlin, Gynaecologist, and Ms. Ashwini Shankar, Former Syndicate Member of Bangalore North University, State Vice President, OBC Morcha, BJP Karnataka, enlightened the audience on women’s health, leadership, and social empowerment.
