The Research and Development Cell, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organised a Faculty Development Programme for all undergraduate faculties. A total of 35 faculty members participated in the programme. The session was conducted by Dr Sathyeswar, Principal, Jyothi Institute of Commerce and Management, Bengaluru.

Objective of Research and Development (R&D) for faculties
The objective of Research and Development (R&D) for faculties was to enhance their knowledge and expertise, driving innovation in teaching and research. It aims to improve student learning outcomes, contribute to the institution’s research reputation, and apply insights to real-world problems. Through R&D, faculties stay updated with the latest trends, foster critical thinking, and create impactful research, ultimately enriching academia and society.
