New Horizon College, Kasturinagar, in association with MSME Technology Centre, Bengaluru (A Government of India Society, Ministry of MSME), successfully organised a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme from 23rd to 27th February 2026 at the College Seminar Hall. The FDP was conducted from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM and witnessed active participation from 40 internal faculty members and 8 external participants. The sessions focused on Enhancing Communication Skills, Leadership Development, Team Building, and Stress Management Skills. The programme included interactive activities, case studies, practical exercises, and expert guidance aimed at improving professional competencies and workplace effectiveness. Participants gained valuable insights into effective communication strategies, interpersonal skills, stress management techniques, and leadership practices. The programme concluded with a valedictory session and the distribution of E-Certificates issued by MSME Technology Centre, Bengaluru. The FDP received positive feedback and contributed significantly to faculty professional development. |
