The Department of Commerce under the initiative of our Honorable Principal Dr. Vijaya Reddy, conducted a Guest Lecture on “EVENT MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IDEAS AND EXAMPLES” on 08th February, 2020 at 1.00 pm for IV Semester B.COM students The resource person Mr. Bharath Gaikwad, is an entrepreneur, a freelance Radio Jockey and cinematographer for TBP productions. The Resource Person addressed the students on how to enter the field of event management, to schedule the events, venue planning and to prepare backup plan for an event. He also shared his experience with the pricing strategies and policies for young entrepreneurs. This was cooperative learning session with questions from the resource person and the students. The students actively participated in the lecture by interacting with the resource person. It was concluded with a vote of thanks.
