The Department of Computer Science, New Horizon College, Kasturinagar, Bangalore, organized a Value-Added Program (VAP) on Software Testing from 22nd September 2025 to 7th October 2025 for the III Semester BCA students.
The primary objective of this program was to enhance students’ practical knowledge and technical proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools, and real-time testing practices. The sessions focused on key areas such as manual and automation testing, test case design, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes, enabling students to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
A total of 108 students enthusiastically participated in the program and gained valuable insights into current testing trends and best practices. The initiative served as an excellent platform for students to strengthen their software development and testing skills, preparing them for future professional challenges in the IT domain.
